Karl and I were so very sorry to hear about the loss of your mom and grandmother. Linda was always so kind to me when I spent so many hours at your farm hanging out with Cindy, I'm sure she must have been rather tired at times of having an extra kid around but she never showed it! I still remember the smell and sight of rows of home baked bread in that kitchen and marvel at where she found the time to oversee a bunch of little kids, garden and preserve, feed the hayers and maintain a spotless house. Maybe that's why she drove that station wagon at such speeds, she had limited time to get to her destination and back in time to get everything done! We would hear a whoosh, see a brown flash, and say 'there goes Linda'. She and your dad are part of my happiest childhood memories and were great friends to my own mom, especially when she was ill. I'm sure your family can multiply those happy memories by the millions and sincerely hope it is some comfort to you that your mom and dad are back together now. Paula & Karl Mahoney
