Liz, Consuelo, Charlie and family,
Bill and I are saddened to hear that JL has passed on. He was the best cousin Bill could have and in reality he was more like a big brother to Bill. He had a way with people - making them feel special and everyone he met along his way loved him dearly. That I know for sure. He had a wonderful sense of humor and could make you laugh all the time. We enjoyed many weekends in our Base Borden days watching a few hockey games over a beer or two. Then when your family moved to NB, Bill would see him often when he was in NB doing investigations. He was one of a kind and I can honestly say they broke the mold after JL. We will miss him dearly and he will be fondly remembered forever. May your memories help to heal your broken hearts.
