Jean and Family, Please accept our deepest condolences at the passing of Gerald. We remember with heartfelt gratitude the many and often late into the night hours you and Gerald joined in with us and invested into our lives when we were new babes in Christ. We thank God for your loving and patient discipleship setting us on a life long course of loving God, His Word and His Church. We now join in with you again Jean, in thanking God that we do not mourn as those who have no hope, for we have a glorious hope - the hope of His appearing, and we trust Him who said "I am the Resurrection and the Life. My thoughts(so many wonderful times with Gerald and Jean, Pastor ,Friend ,Mentor, etc.)and prayers are with all the family . Rob and I reminisce over the two weeks Gerald spent with us in search of the car he had to have , an old model Buick ,spent over half a day, each day searching the computer , visiting car lots for it, Finally success!! My mother and all of the residence enjoyed his many visits to the nursing home. You could see the joy in their faces as they listened . A great friend and believer in the Lord.
