My sincere condolences on the passing of Linda at such a young age. I met Linda years ago when she was a volunteer at the Mill. Cove Nursing Home. Such a sweet and caring lady who always wanted to help others in need.

Dear Mike, Michael, Allan and Families; I send my Deepest, Heartfelt Sympathies to you on the heartbreaking news of Linda's passing. She was always the sweetest, dearest friend and our times together in Jemseg were fun-filled; such a Blessing to know, best friends forever!
Linda was totally devoted to her/our Lord and Saviour, family and friends; never an unkind word was spoken. Linda loved life and her laughter was contagious!
Linda sent photos of her and the fish she caught while fishing with her beloved Husband. Those photos showed such joy and happiness doing what she loved.
Linda made sure some folks had a Birthday meal and cake rather than seeing them alone on their special 'days'....what a lady!! What an amazing baker! Oh, how I shall miss my sweet friend....my memories of chatting, laughing will be etched in my mind forever. She was such a young, vibrant woman who fought through her heart issues yet showed as much Grace as she could muster up to get on with her next moments, Doctor Appointments.
Linda and I worked together sometimes with the Summer Vacation Bible School, (which continued after I moved away) loving the help with the children. Her creativity was bar none. There was a time Mike made fishing poles for her to bring, what pride she showed for his contribution. The children loved them!
I could go on and on praising all Linda, my sweetest friend, stood for but it isn't necessary.
All who knew her saw what she was capable of doing out of the pure goodness of her heart...the biggest heart of anyone I know. Linda never looked for recognition, she just cared.
I love and miss you Linda - Rest in Peace - you have seen God face to face now and your beauty and 'love' which only comes from Him shines in His presence among the Angels in that Choir...sing loud my friend, they have inherited another beautiful soul with a perfect voice.
Always with love, your forever friend, Cindy Ash.

So sorry to hear of Linda’s passing. I met Linda in 1978 when I moved to Oromocto from Newfoundland. I was 18 years old and Linda was 22 years old. Linda was one of the first women that I met, then she introduced me to her friend, Kathy Dow. We visited each other very often for tea together especially when our husbands were away on exercise. Linda and I became good friends and our boys enjoyed playing together. We were friends until we were posted to Nova Scotia and then lost touch with each other for a few years. After all these years we got back in touch via Facebook and was able to continue our friendship. I wished her a happy birthday just a couple weeks ago and she sent me a private message immediately thanking me for the birthday wishes. She was a very friendly and amazing woman and loved her husband, boys and grandchildren immensely. Rest In Peace my friend. God needed another beautiful angel and he got one in you. Fly high my friend. Until we see each other again. Your memory will live on forever in all of us. Hugs and prayers.
