Obituary of Donald Reed Warren
It is with sadness that the family of Donald "Don" Reed Warren announces his passing on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, NB. Born in Blackville on August 14, 1934, he was the son of the late George and Annabelle (Johnson) Warren.
Don was a man that lived multiple lifetimes in one, and who always knew something better was coming. He loved with everything he had and under a rugged exterior resided a kind, gentle man who would do anything for his family and adored his friends. He blazed across this life with such force that we will all try to live up to his legacy. Thank you for reminding us to live every day to the fullest.
Don will be missed by his children Donald Wade Warren (Marilyn), Loretta Boyle (Brian), and Lisa Warren (Tina); grandchildren Jameson Foster, Nolan Burke, Kurtis and Dylan Warren, Karly Woods, Alex and Kyle Boyle; 4 great grandchildren, 2 dear to his heart, Jackson and Audrey; siblings Rhoda, Inez, Saundra, Huxley (Phyllis), Malcolm (Linda), and Manley; as well as several extended family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, Don is now reunited with brothers Sterling and Reginald, as well as a sister Wanda.
Special thanks to Dr. Hanzal, the Cardiac Rehab Clinic and staff of the DECH ER, CCU and 3SW.
A graveside service open to the public will be held at St. John’s Anglican Cemetery, Gagetown, on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 2 pm. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the MS Society or Canadian Cancer Society.
