Obituary of Myrna Fraser

Myrna Fraser (nee Lovean) passed away peacefully at DECH on May 1, 2021. Born in Plaster Rock on September 22, 1940, to the late Oscar and Dora Lovean. In addition to her parents, Myrna was predeceased by her husband, Donald Fraser and her two brothers, Reginald and Roger Lovean. She leaves behind 6 children; Jackie Michaud (Floyd), Dean Fairbairn (Mona), Heather, Dawn, Timothy (Sharon) and Carolyn Brown (Chris), 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a sister Gail Harnish, of Fredericton. We have been very fortunate to have had the years we've had with our mother. We have been truly blessed. She will be missed every day and will be forever loved; never forgotten. She will be present in our every breath and in the faces of our children and grandchildren. She has created a legacy that will live on. She will be forever in our hearts. Today, she is with her father whom she's missed for 50 years. She has left a huge hole in many lives which can never be filled. By Myrna's request, there will be no viewing or funeral. A graveside service will be held at the Douglas Rural Cemetery on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity or organization in her memory.
