Obituary of Dawna Katheryn Anthony

Dawna Katheryn (Carmichael) Anthony, 80, of Oromocto, New Brunswick passed away peacefully on January 19th, 2021. She is survived by her loving husband Gordon, daughter Laura, sons Neil and Frank (Beth). She will be sadly missed by her 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren who fondly called her Grammer. Dawna was a very proud Cape Bretoner, born in the "Pier Dear". She was the only child of Neil and Greta (MacLeod) Carmichael. She was a grad of Sydney City Hospital RN. She enjoyed dancing and had a wicked sense of humor! She loved to laugh and tease. She was full of spunk and spirit until she took her last breath. Funeral services will take place at a later date. For those who wish, donation’s in Dawna’s memory may be made to Meals on Wheels or your local SPCA.
