Obituary of Doris Vautour

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Doris Vautour on July 16, 2020 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born on February 7, 1928, Doris was the loving daughter of Marie Ella Chiasson and was the loving wife of the late Adélard Vautour. Doris will forever be missed by her daughter Elizabeth Vautour; Sons Everett Vautour (Carol), and Paul Vautour (Michelle); Grandchildren Jamie Dusablon (Sheila), Gary Dusablon, Jeff Dusablon, Jennifer Vautour, Stephen Vautour, Matthew Vautour, Jean-Francois Vautour, Richard Vautour, Eric Vautour, Steven Vautour, Michael Vautour, and Jessie Vautour; Great Grandchildren Cody Dusablon, Raphëalle Vautour, Marissa Dusablon, Blake Dusablon, Zack Dusablon, Dom Dusablon, and Lexie Dusablon; Great Great Grandchildren Myah, Carly, and Serenity. Aside from her parents, Doris is predeceased by husband, Adelard Vautour, and her son Edmund Vautour. Those who knew Doris knew that she loved travelling, and the Miramichi. She was a woman who loved life in general and never took a single day for granted. She worked for many years at Eaton’s where she enjoyed her job. She will be dearly missed At the family’s request, there will be no formal visitation or service; a burial will take place at a later date in the St. Columbus Catholic Cemetery in Fredericton Junction. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society of New Brunswick.
