Obituary of Dennis Clifford Votour

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Dennis Clifford Votour, at the age of 74, on Thursday, June 18th, 2020 at Hospice House Fredericton. Born on April 3rd, 1946, Dennis was the loving husband of Brenda (née Brown). In addition to his wife, Dennis will be missed by his Daughter Kimberley Gallant; Sons Jeffrey Votour and Shane Votour; Grandchildren Madison and Lucas; Brothers James Votour (Elk Point AB), and Bryant Votour (Moncton NB) and Sister Sandra Beaumont (Moncton NB). Dennis was really close with his cousins, nieces and nephews and will be missed by all. Dennis served 37 years in the Canadian Armed Forces where he had various roles through his career. He was a dedicated and hardworking man who was also very family oriented. A special thank you to the extramural team, the oncology/radiology unit, the palliative care unit, as well as the doctors and nurses at Hospice House. Your compassion and dedication to Dennis in his time of need does not go unnoticed. A service at the Oromocto Funeral Home will take place at a later date with a private interment to follow. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fredericton Hospice House.
