Obituary of Anne Boudreau

With heavy hearts, the family of Anne Boudreau announces her passing on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in Inverness Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Penelope (MacLellan) Coady. Anne is survived by her sons Wayne (Sheryl), Blair (Debbie), John, and Jason; grandchildren Tony (Tiffany), Tanya (Paul) and Kieran; great grandchildren Griffen, Desiree, Gabriella, Abigail, and Teagan; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Anne was predeceased her husband of 58 years, Joseph (Ken) Boudreau. With her husband Ken, Anne operated the the Thistle Inn, a special care home for seniors, before retiring for good in 2009 to devote her time to family, friends, and travel. In keeping with Anne’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial mass will take place on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with Fr. Charles Udeh officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. Memorial tributes can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
