Obituary of Carolyn Menchinton

It is with great sadness that the family of Carolyn Marie Menchinton announce her passing on February 13, 2019. Born on November 10, 1956, in Kentville, NS, she was the daughter of Mary Elizabeth (Winters) and the late George Coleman. She will be greatly missed by her beloved husband Louis Menchinton; son George Menchinton; mother Mary; grandson Bryce Menchinton; brother Steven Coleman; sister Sandra Coleman; nieces Krystal and Laura Coleman, as well as Samantha Pedrosa; nephew Jason Pedrosa, as well as many extended family members. Carolyn loved her family with her whole being, and had a heart of gold. She would not hesitate to give the shirt off her back to help someone who needed it more than she did. Also, Carolyn had a passion for animals. There were a couple of stray dogs she found and gave shelter to and cared for. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Oromocto Funeral Home from 12 noon – 4 pm. Interment will take place in the spring time at the Oromocto Pioneer Gardens. The family would greatly appreciate donations in Carolyn’s memory to your local SPCA.
