Dear Ruth and the entire Rose Family, Please accept my sincere condolences on Ray's passing. I have known both of you since 1967, and those were wonderful years. Every time I encountered Ray throughout our military career he was such a wonderful person to be around. They say the military builds character and Ray was certainly a character, he was good for morale and the troops loved him.
He will be sorely missed by those who knew and served with him.
Rest in Peace my friend, it was a pleasure to have known you for so many years.
Ubique,
Tom Tomaso
