Joan’s family, my deepest condolences on Joan’s passing. I first met Joan oh must be 10 or 15 years ago( I’m plumber) and Joan was in need of a plumber and I was dispatch and she always ask for me or would until I was available. Joan was always such a nice kind lady and when I moved in the apartment she was on the floor above me. Joan you are going to missed by who new you, thank you for all of your kindness over the years. May you rest in peace.

When our families lived beside each other in Toronto. Out in the backyard for July 1st. Guys are setting off fireworks and my mom and Joan laughing and having a great time . Joan always had a great smile! ❤️
