Obituary of Wanda Darlene Gosman
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Wanda Darlene Gosman of Sussex, NB, on March 26, 2024. She passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB, with her loving children and family by her side.
Born on July 22, 1961 in Elm Hill, NB, Wanda is the daughter of the late Howard & Maureen McIntrye. A loving partner, mother, granny, sister, aunt, and niece.
In addition to her husband Melbourne Calhoun, she is survived by her four children; Candy Claybourne (Kenneth), Christopher Croteau, Natasha Roberts, Kyle Gosman (Stacey); three stepchildren, Jeffrey Calhoun, David Calhoun, Melissa Marolly (William); 16 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 4 sisters, Norma McIntrye, Dianne McIntrye, Angelina McIntrye, Ginger McIntrye; four brothers, Andrew McIntrye, Brian Gosman, David Gosman, Hazen McIntrye, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her son, Johnathon Claybourne; sister, Muriel Calhoun, and brothers, Micheal McIntrye and Douglas Gosman.
Wanda was a very special person who was always up for a good time. She had the biggest heart and would do anything for her loved ones. Besides spending time with her family, Wanda enjoyed watching movies, going for drives, fishing, hunting, cooking, dancing, and listening to music. Wanda was a hardworking woman who was incredible and will be missed by many people.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 6th, from 1-5pm, at the Oromocto Funeral Home. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
