Obituary of Phil Moore

With sad and broken hearts, we the family of Phil Moore announce his passing at the Chalmers Hospital on Tuesday, June 27th, 2023 in Fredericton, NB. Born in Saint John, NB. Phil was just a couple months shy of his 81st birthday.

Dearly beloved son of the late Donald Moore, and the late Joan (Clingo) Moore. Dear and loving husband, best friend and soul mate of 56 plus years of Emily (Modugno) Moore. Dear brother to Carol Scott, brother to David (Linda) Moore. Brother-in-law to Lisa (Modugno) Moore, Joanna (Bill) Yvorchuk, and Emile Jr. Modugno. Loving uncle to several neices, nephews, great neices and nephews as well as many cousins, extended family and countless friends.

Phil was the owner and operator of Phil Moore Landscaping for 30 plus years, as well as the owner and operator of the Gagetown Special Care Home for 5 years.

Along with Phil's parents he is also predeceased by a brother-in-law, Dave Moore, and a sister-in-law, Susan (Stewart) Modugno.

In honour of Phil's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.

We the family would like to take the time to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff of the ICU department, for their care, love and compassion.

For those wishing, donations in memory of Phil may be made to the Chalmers Foundation, Kidney Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.

Rest in Peace dear Phil, until we are all together again.
